Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Scope Precision (the "Service"), operated by the privately held Scope Precision.

Information has been redacted to protect confidential, proprietary, and trade secret information that constitutes the intellectual property of Scope Precision and Sincere Builders. This information is intended solely for authorized internal business use and is not authorized for public disclosure, reproduction, or distribution.

01The Service

Scope Precision analyzes construction documents to help identify potential scope items, risks, requests for information (RFIs), and bid considerations. The Service is a decision-support tool intended for use by qualified construction professionals.

HOW TO USE THIS OUTPUT: Scope Precision performs an exhaustive read of your plan set, every sheet, spec, and addendum, and surfaces the scope items, risks, RFIs, and bid considerations that matter, each grounded to its source. It does the deep reading no estimator has time for, so nothing hides on page four hundred. As with any analysis, the findings are a powerful starting point for your own judgment: every output should be reviewed and verified by a qualified construction professional before it informs a bid, contract, or construction decision. Scope Precision sharpens professional judgment. It does not replace the licensed architects, engineers, and estimators who own the final call.

02Accounts & access

Access is only granted to the approved representatives of Scope Precision, Sincere Builders, and its affiliates. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. We may grant, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion.

03Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Upload content you do not have the right to upload, or that infringes the rights of others.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service, or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures.
Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service without our permission.
Grant your credentials to an unauthorized non-member, employee, or agent of or for Scope Precision, Sincere Builders, and approved affiliates.

04Your content

You retain ownership of the documents and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and analyze the documents you submit.

05Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ALWAYS 100% ACCURATE, OR ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR USE. THIS SITE WAS DESIGNED TO ALLOW AND EXPECT THE ENGAGEMENT OF HUMAN INTERFACE, INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE, AND PROJECT SPECIFICS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION) FOR ACCURACY. THIS SITE IS ALSO DESIGNED FOR CONTINUED EDUCATION FOR USERS WHEN USED AS INTENDED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCOPE PRECISION, SINCERE BUILDERS OR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY RELIANCE ON ITS OUTPUT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

07Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scope Precision, Sincere Builders, or affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

08Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas.

09Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
